EasyLine is a small, practical hot melt adhesive application system suitable for simple applications with adhesive consumption of up to 2.5 kg/h. It is excellent, for example, for gluing cardboard boxes, primary packaging and any low-volume production products. Thanks to EasyLine, the Robatech gluing standard is even more affordable.

EasyLine offers all the basic functions you need for applications with one or two application heads: manual pump-pressure control, temperature reduction and heating-zone control of the melt tank, a heated hose and application heads. The basic functions of the EasyLine system will serve you well.
RELIABLE ADHESIVE APPLICATION QUALITY
EasyLine offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio and reliable application quality. A correct adhesive application requires perfect temperature settings from the melter all the way to the application nozzle. This is ensured by the modern insulating coating of the melt tank and the full insulation of the application head and hose connection. Thanks to improved functionality, system integration and maintenance are very easy.
EASY MAINTENANCE THANKS TO A COMPLETELY NEW CONCEPT
The Rio heated hose and the Twist application head are connected using a plug-and-play connector. Another innovation is that the adhesive filter is no longer integrated into the application head but into the heated hose. This allows quick, easy filter replacement on the hose. The application head stays clean and does not need to be dismantled.
FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION
Machine design should be as uncomplicated as possible. That is why Rio and Twist offer unrivalled flexibility during installation. The head holder can be mounted on the right or the left. The application nozzles can be positioned in various ways. The application head can be rotated around its own axis and set in various positions in the holder.
