Saving measures have the advantage of lasting for a long time. The invested funds are quickly recovered, and after that the savings simply accumulate. It is also worth mentioning that the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s call for grant applications under the Energy Savings programme is still open.
The grant per project ranges from CZK 500,000 to CZK 200 million and the support rate is 35–65%. The grant covers a wide range of energy measures and also includes investments in more energy-efficient production technologies. In this case, the new technology must meet the condition of an energy saving of at least 30% compared with the previous one. For modern adhesive application equipment, this is no problem at all.
