We glue all rewound materials

At our industrial gluing centre we offer the production of glued materials wound onto rolls, together with their cutting and formatting. We developed the rewinding lamination line based on our many years of experience in industrial gluing, precisely to our customers’ requirements. Its size allows production with a material width of up to 2000 mm and a speed of up to 50 metres per minute. The equipment enables the production of multi-layer materials cut to an exact width and with a declared, precise adhesive application layer. Thanks to the precision work of Czech engineers, it is possible to glue materials sensitive to tension and high temperatures, such as films, foams, paper and membranes.

In addition to series production, we also offer tests of pre-production samples. Based on your requirements, we can try out variants of adhesives and materials in a smaller production volume and test them according to your parameters.
