Hot melt adhesive application is the most widespread method of applying adhesive. The principle of hot melt gluing is simple. The adhesive is melted to its working temperature in a melter. It is then delivered through heated hoses to the applicator and applied to the material in the required dose, where it cools and forms the bond. The applicator can be a hand applicator gun, an application head or a roller coater. Hot melt gluing is used in virtually every industrial segment — whether gluing packaging, wood or plastics, or structural gluing and highly durable bonds.
We offer several hot melt gluing systems, with melters of various sizes from small to large drum melters. The range also includes heated hoses, hand applicators, spray heads and a wide selection of communication interfaces. The newly developed controls, as well as the other technology components, can be very easily integrated into existing systems.
