The customer's request was to deliver gluing technology for producing packaging of varying height depending on the packaging volume, and to implement it into a carton-sealing line.
Solution
The solution was to use a bead application of adhesive via a head that automatically changes its height according to the given product.
Results
The modules apply the adhesive at the required height, according to the specific product. Everything is controlled automatically, production can run at a large volume of packages, and there is no need to change the machine settings.
