Robatech MultiMelt Melters
A versatile melter for various types of hot melt adhesives.
Robatech MultiMelt is a compact, powerful 40-litre melter designed for flexible industrial gluing. It processes a wide range of hot melt adhesives – from standard thermoplastic EVA and PSA, through polyolefin (APAO) to reactive PUR adhesives.
Its design and internal surface finishes allow easy cleaning and quick switching between different types of adhesive. This makes it ideal for applications that require production flexibility, high operational reliability and low operating costs. MultiMelt can be operated as a melter or as a buffer reservoir – e.g. downstream of drum melters or upstream of application heads.

Melter and buffer reservoir in one
Thanks to its compact, modular design, MultiMelt can function not only as a primary melter but also as a buffer – that is, a buffer reservoir between a pre-melter (e.g. RobaDrum) and the application heads. This is particularly appreciated by production operations with high adhesive consumption or demanding dosing profiles.
The equipment is compatible with all modern Robatech peripherals, including application heads, hoses and controls.
