Robatech JumboFlex is a powerful, flexible melter designed for large volumes of hot melt adhesive. Depending on the configuration, it can function as:

a reservoir (buffer) for the continuous refilling of other melting systems,

a pre-melter for the controlled processing of sensitive hot melt adhesives,

or as a standalone melter for less demanding applications.
Two variants are available, with capacities of 50 and 100 litres, allowing the melting of thermoplastic non-reactive hot melt adhesives in the form of granules, pillows or blocks. Thanks to its well-designed reservoir and effective insulation, JumboFlex achieves rapid heating and precise temperature distribution without the risk of adhesive degradation.
