High level of reliability
Alpha guarantees system availability of over 99%. It is robustly built and offers a melting capacity of up to 12.5 kg/h while maintaining a small tank volume. This compact melter is ideal for use in industries such as carton processing, packaging gluing and graphic arts.
Excellent occupational safety
Operator safety is a priority for us. That is why potentially dangerous areas are carefully insulated. CoolTouch insulation on the FlexPort for connecting heated hoses and touch protection on the tank opening ensure safety. For additional protection, to make the operator's work easier and to prevent impurities from entering the system, Alpha can be equipped with an automatic adhesive refill system.
Intelligent control and easy system integration
Alpha is equipped with the modern Robatech Control System (RCS) platform, which allows easy setting of basic functions on the Smart Terminal as well as control and diagnostics via Ethernet or its own wireless access point. This ensures fast, simple integration even into existing systems.
