Easy is the smallest melter from Robatech. Its aim is to offer you the options and functions of professional gluing systems at the most affordable price possible. Easy reliably melts thermoplastic adhesives and handles their application via up to 2 heated hoses and application heads. Installing Easy is quick and simple. Operation is provided through an intuitive touch panel that displays the system status. Easy offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio. With a low initial investment, you gain the reliability, safety and high quality typical of Robatech melters.

PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRIAL GLUING THAT IS AFFORDABLE FOR SMALLER APPLICATIONS
Easy is the ideal tool for automatic or manual adhesive application with consumption of up to 2.5 kg/h. Typical applications include, for example:
- Sealing boxes
- Sealing paper bags, cups and cones
- Gluing primary packaging
Easy has all the basic functions needed for a reliable, high-quality adhesive application – manual pump-pressure control and reliable heating control of the melt tank, heated hoses and application heads. The system status can be monitored on the control-panel display. To lower the temperature during a production break, a single button press is enough.
A SMALL, PRACTICAL DEVICE FOR HOT MELT ADHESIVE APPLICATION
Easy takes up little space and is easy to integrate. Up to two heated hoses can be connected to the adhesive distributor at several angles in 45° increments. Easy can thus be positioned in production in various ways and brought closer to the application heads. As a result, the heated hoses can be shorter. System integration is carried out via a simple socket or a signal cable.
Despite its small dimensions, Easy has a relatively large tank lid, and refilling adhesive is convenient even for PSA adhesives. The inside of the tank has a non-stick finish, which makes it easy to clean. Combined with the easily accessible adhesive filter, maintenance is very quick. The tank lid and adhesive distributor are fitted with burn protection.
All the properties described above make Easy an affordable way to create professional, safe bonded joints even in smaller production volumes. Maximum added value for the customer, quality, safety and environmental consideration are the fundamental pillars of the Easy unit.
