ENDURO heated hoses

Enduro is a classic heated hose with a standard screw connection that can be used across a wide range of application solutions. Particularly large nominal diameters are ideally suited to coating application and high delivery volumes. Enduro has a flexible inner core and is therefore also suitable for dynamic applications, e.g. with a hand applicator, moving application heads or an industrial robot. We supply the flexible heated hoses with inner diameters of 6, 8, 13, 16 and 25 mm and they are compatible with the entire range of hot melt adhesive products from Robatech and Steinmeyer. The hoses are operationally reliable, feature a long service life and good insulation against heat loss. Watertight versions and a wide variety of special designs are also available. The heated hose is particularly suitable for high-viscosity thermoplastic adhesives (EVA, PSA, PO) and reactive adhesives (PUR) and is used, for example, in the manufacture of mattresses, automotive components, secondary packaging, furniture or wooden structures.
