The AX Diamond 1 SW spray application head belongs to the AX Diamond range and is designed for contactless application of low to medium viscosity thermoplastic hot melt adhesives. It is characterised by a precise, consistent spray application pattern with a width of 10–25 mm, which can be fine-tuned quickly and easily for the specific application.

The head is insulated with the CoolTouch system, which protects operators from burns, reduces energy consumption and keeps the adhesive temperature constant for the highest application quality. An integrated filter in the heating block prevents nozzle clogging, and the robust construction copes with demanding operating conditions.
