Twist is a compact electropneumatic jetting head from the EasyLine range for simple bead application of hot melt adhesive. Thanks to its monobloc construction it is energy-efficient and reliable; low maintenance requirements make it a good choice for secondary packaging gluing and end-of-line applications at machine speeds of up to 20–30 m/min. The dual Twist 2 head is well suited to low-profile applications in carton sealers.

Twist is designed for simple, low-speed bead application onto crates, folding cartons, paper cones, cups, bags and similar products. With 30 million duty cycles, it is one of the more durable heads in its class and offers an attractive price-to-performance ratio as part of the EasyLine range – combined with the Easy melter, two Twist heads can be run at the same time.
Thanks to a new filter design, maintenance is easy: the adhesive filter is integrated in the coupling of the EasyLine heated hose, so cleaning and filter replacement take place there and contamination never reaches the application head – no lengthy removal and repositioning of the head required. On the head itself, only the application nozzle needs cleaning or replacing. Thanks to variable holder positioning (rotatable in 22.5° steps) and nozzle positioning (in the direction of flow or at 90°, rotatable by 180°), Twist easily adapts to the spatial requirements of a specific machine.

Twist is used above all for folding carton gluing and other secondary packaging – crates, cones, cups and paper bags.
