AX Diamond jetting head
A robust jetting head for contactless bead application of low to medium viscosity thermoplastic hot melt adhesives in demanding operating conditions.
The AX Diamond range of jetting heads is designed for contactless bead application of low to medium viscosity thermoplastic hot melt adhesives. Its robust construction makes it suitable for demanding operating conditions – typically wrap-around film packaging, and gluing boxes and crates, including fruit and vegetable crates.

An integrated filter in the heating block prevents nozzle clogging, and nozzle protection minimises wear and heat loss – resulting in a cleaner application and fewer production interruptions. CoolTouch insulation protects operators and bonded products from heat, reduces energy consumption and keeps the adhesive temperature constant even in areas with air movement.
The head integrates easily into both existing and new systems – where space is limited, the solenoid valve can be mounted externally and operated remotely. Conversion to 90° application takes just moments with a single spanner. As part of the Diamond range, the AX Diamond is compatible with most Robatech application systems, simplifying integration into existing machines and reducing spare parts costs.
