ErgoStar is an ergonomic applicator gun for precise manual application of hot melt adhesives and sealants – EVA, PUR and PSA – as dots, beads or spray application. Nozzles can be easily replaced and adapted to the specific application.

ErgoStar works together with a Robatech melter, which supplies the gun with adhesive and controls its temperature. The grip can be individually adjusted with a screw in a matter of seconds to suit the operator and the specific task – application is possible horizontally, from above, from below or without hand support, without uneven strain and muscle fatigue. The award-winning ErgoStar design thus prevents operator fatigue and increases productivity during prolonged manual gluing.
The insulated CoolTouch grip protects operators from burns, and the electropneumatic trigger requires only minimal force to activate. The gun can be hung on a balancer, which makes handling both the hose and the applicator itself easier throughout a shift.

Hand applicators complement automated lines wherever manual intervention is needed – joint repair, off-line touch-ups, prototype or small-batch production, or gluing non-standard shapes. They are also commonly used alongside automated folding carton gluing.
