EasyStar is a simple, flexible and safe applicator gun for manual application of hot melt adhesive – bead or spray application, with minimal energy consumption.

EasyStar is a simple, flexible and safe hand applicator for applying thermoplastic and PUR hot melt adhesives as a bead or spray. The trigger can be operated with minimal effort, and a trigger lock prevents unintended adhesive discharge.
Key benefits of the EasyStar hand applicator
- low weight for fatigue-free work
- hose connection from below or above
- integrated wiring without trailing cables
- insulated CoolTouch grip protects against burns
- trigger lock prevents unintended adhesive discharge
- economical operation thanks to the low energy consumption of Robatech melters
EasyStar combines an ergonomic design with high flexibility – the hose can be connected from below or above, all wiring is integrated into the gun body without trailing cables, and a 360° rotating coupling allows free hand movement. The low weight allows fatigue-free work throughout a shift.
The insulated CoolTouch grip protects operators from burns, and a nozzle cover (on the bead variant) adds further protection. EasyStar works together with Robatech melters, which are known for their low energy consumption – simple adhesive dosing thus ensures economical operation even in manual gluing. The gun can be hung on a balancer for easier hose handling.

Hand applicators complement automated lines wherever manual intervention is needed – joint repair, off-line touch-ups, or prototype and small-batch production. They are also commonly used alongside automated folding carton gluing.
