RobaCoat IT is a range of coating heads for intermittent application of hot melt adhesive, with an emphasis on even application from start to finish and precise edge definition. The result is reproducible at both constant and dynamic machine speeds.

The nozzle, mounted at the front of the head, rotates 180°, allowing flexible installation independent of the direction of travel. An optional mounting bracket with a scale makes positioning against the material easier and allows fine adjustment during production. CoolTouch insulation reduces heat radiation and energy consumption and protects operators.
Individual nozzle segments can be controlled independently – via integrated pattern control or directly via PLC. Combined with masking technology, application patterns can therefore be adapted flexibly and inexpensively to production requirements and reliably repeated at any time. High wear resistance and an integrated filter make RobaCoat IT a durable head with low maintenance requirements.
