Sirius control unit
The Sirius control unit replaces the previous AS 30, AS 50 and AS 60 ranges — external adhesive pattern control independent of the application system manufacturer.
The Sirius control unit is an external adhesive pattern control with integrated application monitoring for fast cold-glue and hot-melt application. It replaces the previous AS 30, AS 50 and AS 60 ranges and works independently of the adhesive application system manufacturer — it can be deployed with Robatech technology as well as with third-party application systems.
Its modular design allows the unit to be configured exactly to requirements — from simple applications to extensive gluing systems with numerous application heads. Sirius can control up to 200 application channels while also verifying the presence and correct position of the adhesive application.

Three versions to match the scale of your application
Sirius Core — a compact solution in a single box containing the control module, application modules, booster modules and power supply. Designed for up to 12 application and control channels.
Sirius Flex — a flexible combination of individual components integrated into a cabinet or placed decentrally. Supports up to 200 application patterns and 200 application monitoring points.
Sirius Booster — a stand-alone module controlled by the customer's PLC. Enables overexcitation of application heads for faster switching and extends their service life by lowering the voltage afterwards.
