The Perfect Fold system enables precise and fast folding of corrugated cardboard boxes. It achieves this through the application of the SpeedUp softening liquid, which makes the cardboard easier to fold and prevents it from cracking. SOFT FOLDING EDGES ENABLE PRECISE FOLDING OF THE CARDBOARD
During the production of cardboard packaging from corrugated cardboard, Perfect Fold applies the softening liquid contactlessly onto the two lines intended for folding. The softening liquid reduces the stiffness of the cardboard, allowing it to be folded precisely at the folding edges and without much effort. Return forces are minimised. Folding machines or inliners can thus work at high production speed and with lower setup requirements. The cardboard does not crack at the fold, gaps between flaps do not form, and the flaps do not overlap.

FAST IMPLEMENTATION AND EASY OPERATION
Perfect Fold consists of a supply unit, two Sempre 30 jetting application heads, an AS 50 application control and an external touch control panel.
The pump and additional tank in the supply unit enable continuous operation even when changing the liquid containers. The I/P converter ensures that the correct amount of liquid is always applied to the product, even with a changing production speed.

SpeedUp is a softening liquid that penetrates corrugated cardboard quickly and leaves no traces after folding. SpeedUp is specially designed for Perfect Fold. It delivers a perfect folding result with guaranteed precise internal and external dimensions. The finished products fit perfectly into the packaging, which your customers will greatly appreciate.
The SpeedUp softening liquid is available in 25-litre canisters and 1,000-litre IBC containers directly from the Robatech workshop.
