Sempre 6 jetting head
A compact electric jetting head for fast application of dispersion adhesives with a viscosity of up to 500 mPa·s and pressure of up to 6 bar.
Sempre 6 is a compact, electrically controlled jetting head for contactless application of low-viscosity dispersion adhesives, using dot, bead or continuous application. Thanks to precise application and high switching frequencies, it is particularly well suited to the printing industry – folding machines and envelope lines. Its compact dimensions allow easy, flexible integration even into systems with limited space.

A durable stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and low-maintenance operation; a vertical adhesive flow from inlet to outlet also reduces mechanical stress on the adhesive inside the head. The optional CleanStart nozzle cover prevents adhesive from drying at the outlet – after a longer production break, the head therefore starts up quickly and cleaning takes less time. For a function test or cleaning, the head can be flushed directly at the nozzle using an optional manual button.
Sempre 6 is available in two configurations: with a 24 V DC supply for PLC, AS 40 or Sirius control, and with a 6 V DC supply with boosting (Sirius with a booster module).

Sempre 6 is used above all in the printing industry – for gluing on folding machines and envelope lines, where high switching frequencies and precise adhesive application are required.
