Sempre 15/30 jetting head
An electric jetting head available in two configurations for applying medium-viscosity dispersion adhesives up to 4,000 mPa·s and pressure up to 30 bar.
Sempre 15 and Sempre 30 are electrically controlled jetting heads for contactless application of medium-viscosity dispersion adhesives – using dot, bead or continuous application. Precise application and high switching frequencies make them well suited to the printing industry and the further processing of paper and packaging materials. Their compact dimensions allow easy, flexible integration.

An integrated stroke adjustment with a scale, separate from the adhesive connection, ensures precise, repeatable fine adjustment of adhesive quantity even under high pressure. A durable stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and low-maintenance operation, and vertical adhesive flow from inlet to outlet reduces mechanical stress on the adhesive in the head. The optional CleanStart nozzle cover prevents adhesive from drying at the outlet and speeds up start-up after a longer stoppage.
Sempre 15 operates up to a pressure of 15 bar with a 24 V DC supply via PLC, while Sempre 30 handles pressure up to 30 bar with a 6 V DC supply and boosting. The modular construction offers optional accessories – a product guide, trigger, mounting bracket, CleanStart function and adhesive application monitoring.
