ACX application heads
Single-acting electro-pneumatic jetting heads for applying dispersion adhesives.
This jetting head with a configurable nozzle size is suitable for processes using adhesives with a viscosity from 100 to 5,000 mPas. Thanks to its modular design, it is flexible and easy to implement into production lines. The head's switching frequency is up to 80 cycles per second. Hydraulic pressure up to 100 bar. Thanks to the integrated fine adjustment, it can meter a very precise amount of adhesive.
