We are able to glue all rewound materials
In our industrial gluing centre, we offer the production of glued materials wound in rolls, and trim and format them. We have developed a rewinding lamination line based on our long-term experience in the field of industrial gluing, precisely in accordance with the requirements of our customers. Its size allows production with a material width of up to 2,000 mm and a speed of up to 50 metres per minute. The line allows the production of multi-layer materials with trimming to a precise width and with declaration of a precise layer of adhesive. Thanks to the precise work of Czech engineers, it is possible to glue tension- and high-temperature sensitive materials such as foils, foams, paper, and membranes.
Besides serial production, we also offer pre-production sample tests. Based on your requirements, we are able to test variants of adhesives and materials in smaller production volumes and test them according to your parameters. What we can make
Semi-finished product for roof covering
Gluing of polyester fabric with aluminium duplex foil with trimming to a width of 1,460 mm. Applied quantity of adhesive: 14 g/m2
Material for car interiors
Adhesive coating with a layer thickness of 100 g/m2 on material for car interiors. Adhesive reheating allows the interior component to be glued to a shaped substrate.
Metallised foil and fabric
Metalvuotto foil gluing with PF96C grey fabric and subsequent trimming to a width of 1,020 mm. Adhesive application in a thickness of 20 g/m2
Spunbond gluing with membrane
Application of adhesive on THI-S membrane and gluing with spunbond. Applied quantity of adhesive: 12 g/m2
Coating on silicone paper
Adhesive application on silicone paper and transfer to a metallised foil with a thickness of 23 microns. A layer of adhesive with a weight of 50 g/m2
Pad foil with PP spunbond
Gluing pad foil with a thickness of 45 microns with polypropylene spunbond with a thickness of 40 g/m2. Adhesive application with a thickness of 6 g/m2
